Through my exposure and expertise, at Sentebale as a Head Finance and Administration officer in charge of Management Accounts, Project Budgeting, and Reporting, Donor reporting, systems strengthening, Cash Flow Management, designing and Management of policies, Staff Assessments, setting child safe and reporting benchmarks for the Admin department.
I possess and demonstrated Professional expertise in OVC programming and Children rights programming, monitoring and evaluation of child protection programs including technical guidance in the development of proposals with a specific focus on child protection, Child poverty, anti-trafficking programming, governance and social protection of children and families including youth programming and livelihoods.
