Currently, in my job as Finance Officer I am the one who records transactions, prepares journal entries, adjustments up to the monthly financial statements and accompanying schedules, and other financial reports to the management. Assist in following up outstanding accounts receivables of the company. Ensures timely processing of remittances and filing of withholding taxes, SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig contributions. Ensures that obligations are paid and reportorial requirements submitted to respective governments and other regulatory agencies. Coordinates with external and internal auditors regarding the interim and annual audits. Prepares liquidation of Grants / Sponsorship and handles safekeeping and filing of all financial records and Business permits. I also have knowledge of quickbooks.
